• Signboards
While we print on many different materials, we feel that the best value is achieved when we print on corrugated plastic. It is a lightweight material that is remarkably strong and takes abuse well. Best of all it is a relatively inexpensive material for signs. We offer several different thickness of corrugated plastic which we recommend for various applications.

4 mm corrugated plastic: Excellent value for signs up to 24"x24". Will weather up to 3 years. Best value if your signs are lost, stolen or vandalized before they wear out. Our "For Sale" panels are printed on super opaque plastic to eliminate shadows.

6 mm corrugated plastic: 50% Thicker but twice as heavy and more rigid than 4 mm. Also fully opaque so no shadowing. Recommended for hanging signs and windy locations.

10 mm corrugated plastic: Used for oversize and commercial signs. We use it like plywood. Very strong and durable but much lighter and less expensive than other materials. Comes in black and white only.

We also print on steel, aluminum, PVC, styrene, polyethylene and a variety of other materials. Signs printed on these materials will be more expensive than corrugated plastic but if this is what you need, please call for a price quote.

• Colors
Our stock ink colors are red, black, white, reflex blue, lemon yellow, forest green, magenta, and maroon. We also custom mix colors at no additional charge. If you need an exact color or colors please provide us with a color sample or (better) the Pantone Matching System ® (PMS) number(s) for the colors you want. If necessary, you can obtain these numbers at any print shop. A correct number is usually three digits followed by C or one of the Pantone base colors i.e.; 124C or 286C or Pantone YellowC.

Note: Our inks are selected to produce the best adhesion and durability for the sign board chosen. Outdoor life is determined by locations, care and the characteristics of the pigments in the individual color(s). We try to produce a sign that will last three years outdoors but some reds, magentas and maroons may fade noticeably in less time.

Art Work and Photo Guidelines

We can work with your existing artwork and layouts! We can also develop custom layouts or give your existing image a "face lift". Our talented graphic designers are available to create one-of-a kind custom layouts.

• To email Photos smaller than 2mb: (If your file is larger than 2mb, see instructions below to mail or call to speak with our art department.) Please scan your photo at its original size at 200-300 dpi. Save your photo file as a .jpg, .tiff, .psd (Adobe® Photoshop) or .pdf (Adobe® Acrobat). Please do not resize your photo. If your photo needs to be resized please let us know the final dimensions in your email.
• To email artwork smaller than 2mb: We can use vector graphics or line art. Files saved as .pdf (Adobe® Acrobat) .eps or .ai files may be emailed to us at:  .
• To mail artwork and photos: Samples, logos, film positives, photographs, CD’s or DVD’s can be mailed to;
